These petitions have been filed to direct the 4th respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, R-6, Kumaran Nagar Police Station, Jafarkhanpatti, Chennai to register the petitioner's complaints dated 28.07.2016 and 29.07.2016 respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaints of the petitioner dated 28.07.2016, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR Nos.153/2016 and 157/2016 before the fourth respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [(2014) 4 SCC 1], otherwise, the petition may be closed under intimation to the petitioner.
