The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to restrain the 1st respondent Trade Union, their men, agents and representatives from resorting to the illegal strike in or against the petitioner pursuant to their notice dated 13.10.2016, pending disposal of the conciliation proceedings before the 1st respondent.
2. The strike notice was issued by the first respondent on 13.10.2016 and the writ petition was filed on 21.10.2016. On account of efflux of time, the strike notice referred in the relief sought for in present writ petition deserves no further adjudication. If at all, any other grievance exist to the respective parties, they are at liberty to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
3. However, the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
