O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed to declare the land acquisition proceedings as abated and also seeking fifth respondent to issue individual patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that earlier the petitioner's land sought to be acquired for Oragadam Industrial Complex and the above acquisition proceeding has been set aside by this Court, which was also confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Even thereafter, the patta has not been changed in the name of the petitioner. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already patta had been transferred in the name of the petitioner and patta was also issued to him. Today, he has produced a copy of the patta issued in the name of the petitioner, namely M.Santhi and chitta was also issued in the name of the petitioner.
4. In the said circumstances, since now patta has been issued in the name of the petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-VI) //True copy// Sub Assistant Registrar mrp/mbi To
