Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 6th respondent in Ref.No.223/DEII0/2004, dated 25.02.2004 in pursuance of the letter of the 7th respondent dated 24.02.2004, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to write the Part-II final year M.D.S. course examination during March, 2004 or on any subsequent dates in their respective disciplines, declare the results and award the M.D.S Degree certificates in view of completion of the course.
