R Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner herein is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (One lakh only) in STC.No.797 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, within a period of three weeks.
