The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam, Tirupur District as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1609/2021 dated 13.07.2021. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by the Court below regularly without fail.

3. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by the Court below by order dated 13.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.1609/2021 stands relaxed. However, all other conditions remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. 30.07.2021 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes RR To 1.The Judicial Magistrate Kangayam 2.The Inspector of Police Uthiyur Kangayam Tirupur District.
