ORDER

In a proposed suit seeking for declaration, direction and for a permanent injunctive relief, the intending plaintiff seeks to combine the causes of action regarding declarations and recovery of the aggregate monies withdrawn amounting to Rs.67,66,04,722/- (Rupees Sixty Seven Crore Sixty Six Lakh Fourt Thousand Seven Hudnred Twenty Two only) as withdrawn on 06.01.2025, 07.02.2025 and 28.02.2025 together in a single suit before this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and being satisfied with the same, the application in A.No.2019 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for.
