Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to admit the petitioner to Class-I, in ShiftII, at Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, Jipmer Campus, Pudhcherry-605 006, for the session 2015-16.

As the prayer in the writ petition relates to the admission of the petitioner, namely, Muthazhagi Suzan, a minor, represented by her father G.Paulraj, in Class I, in Shift II, in Kendriya Vidyalaya, located in Jipmer Campus, Puducherry, for the session 2015-16, this Court is of the view that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
