ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the enhancement of property tax, pending disposal of the statutory appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondent that the petitioner's appeal itself was already disposed of and the petitioner had paid the entire tax amount and thereafter, the building was demolished and he has put up a new construction.
