Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's petition dated 31.08.2016 within a time frame.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the 1st respondent had completed the enquiry about eight months back, he has not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's petition in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 2 to 5.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's petition dated 31.08.2016, in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 2 to 5, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
