This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in Crime No. 95 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thirupathur.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thirupathur is directed to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent in Crime No.95 of 2023 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it is otherwise in order.
