This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to ensure that respondents 3 and 4 do not to harass the petitioner, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the submissions and upon perusal of the materials on record, it is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the landlord, Rajavelan, regarding the missing of certain articles.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the 2nd respondent on 27.04.2026 with all relevant documents and thereafter participate in the enquiry. The respondent police shall take appropriate action thereafter.
