2. The applicant and the respondent have filed a Joint Memorandum of Compromise dated 28.07.2023. The same is taken on record. The learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr.Vijayan Subramanian, learned counsel for the respondent are present. The learned counsel for the applicant has already counter signed the compromise memo. Learned counsel for the respondent would also submit through Video Conferencing that his client has signed the Memorandum of Compromise. The applicant as well as the respondent have also appeared through Video Conferencing.
