This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.635 of 2021 pending on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC at Magisterial Level No.IV, George Town, Chennai, quash all further proceedings in the said case in C.C.No.635 of 2021 as against the Petitioner.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, since the subject matter has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
