The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 21.08.2019 in W.P.No.17600 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

Mr.G.Saravanakumar, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in Proc.No.26/136/E2/ TNSTC(VPM)/2021 dated 18.10.2021, a copy of which was marked to the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has also produced a copy of the said compliance order dated 18.10.2021, which is taken on file and recorded.
