Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax condition the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on evey Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 A.M., Until further Orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.816 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 in STOR.NO.5 of 2021 on the file of The Forest Range Officer, Headquarters Forest Range, Chennai and pass any other orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.816 of 2022 on 12.01.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
