O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The location of a sewerage treatment plant and underground sewerage water storage tank is a matter in the administrative domain depending on the administrative convenience of its location. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the proposed tank in Ward No.50, Kollampalayam Village, Erode District, has still not been constructed and a representation was given on 29.12.2012.

2. We are of the view that the writ petition is liable to be closed with a direction to the second respondent to examine the representation of the petitioner, which may be done within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
