By consent, the writ petition is taken up and disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is for the issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2011 and 28.05.2012 and to give compassionate appointment to her based on her educational qualification, within a time frame.

4. The case of the petitioner is that her father, while working as a Noon Meal Organizer in Panchayat Union Elementary School, Govindapuram, Uthangarai Union died in harness on 14.02.2005, leaving her mother and three children. According https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner, at the time of death of her father, all the three children were minors and hence, they could not approach the respondent for appointment on compassionate ground. Now, the petitioner being the second daughter and has also obtained a graduation, seeks for appointment. In this regard, she has sent representations as early as 31.01.2011 and 28.05.2012 to the respondent. According to her, she has also enclosed the No Objection Certificate from her siblings and other legal documents, which are required for considering her case. However, till date no action has been taken by the respondent. Hence the present writ petition seeking the aforesaid relief.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2011 and 28.05.2012 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration of the limited prayer, especially, to consider the representation of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 31.01.2011 and 28.05.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
