Crl.O.P.No.13149 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.13149 of 2021 M. NIRMAL KUMAR,J., This matter came up today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has brought to the notice of this Court that in the petition and the affidavit filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13149 of 2021, inadvertently, crime number has been wrongly mentioned as "Crime No.11 of 2018" instead of " Crime No.11 of 2019" , which is a typographical error and sought for rectification of the same.

3. On perusal of the first Information Report, it is seen that as against the petitioners a case in Crime No.11 of 2019 has been registered.

4. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioners has made necessary correction in the petition. In view of the same, Registry is directed to replace the crime number as " Crime No.11 of 2019" instead of "Crime No. 11 of 2018" in the order dated 05.08.2021.
