Crl.M.P.No.6863 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6310 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6310 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6310 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police for monthly once, i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
