This petition is filed to quash the Crime No.11 of 2013, dated 05.11.2013 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Mr.V.Arul, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the first respondent. He submits that on the basis of Crime No.11 of 2013, investigation has been completed and charge sheet was laid and the same was taken as C.C.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court, Chengalpet and hence, this petition has become infructuous. 3.Heard both sides 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is filed to quash the Crime No.11 of 2013, dated 05.11.2013 on the file of the first respondent.
