Respondents/Respondents Prayer:- Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent Act, against the final order passed in W.P.No.17559 of 2013 dated 11.07.2013.

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the petitioners peaceful demonstration outside the factory of 4th respondent.

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J) The first respondent filed the Writ Petition in W.P.No.17559 of 2013 to restrain the appellant and the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the peaceful demonstration outside the factory of the appellant.

2. The learned Single Judge, taking into account the submissions made by the appellant in the counter affidavit, disposed of the writ petition. The said order is challenged in this Intra-Court appeal.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the resumption of work by the employees and other subsequent events.

4. The 1st respondent filed the writ petition with a grievance that there was an attempt to interfere with the peaceful demonstration outside the factory of the appellant. We are informed that the labour dispute was settled subsequently. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

5. The Intra-Court Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
