This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.01 of 2015 and to file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 07.01.2015, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police shall file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
