This writ petition was filed for a direction to the Chennai Corporation to consider the representation made by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for permission to run the mobile bunk shop without any hindrance from the Corporation officials. 2.

Heard Mr.S.Pushpakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, the Corporation cannot take any decision on the representation made by the petitioner. It is the Town Vending committee which has to take a decision and permit the petitioner to vend in a vending Zone. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the formation of the committee is at its final stage. In view of the same, it is left open to

the petitioner to make his representation to the Town vending committee as and when it is formed and the representation shall be considered and a decision shall be taken.

This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
