Prayer in W.P.No.15685 of 2022: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.

Prayer in W.P.No.15689 of 2022: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent from interfering with the running of the petitioner's bunk shop at No.3, near Apex Plaza, opposite to First Lane, Shanthi Ram Centre, Nungambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 034, wherein, selling Tea, Coffee, Snacks and other Food items by using LPG gas stove till the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2022 is considered as per the provision of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act, 2014. 2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, by directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 07.03.2022, 18.04.2022, 22.04.2022 and 19.04.2022 of the petitioners and pass
appropriate orders on merits in accordance with the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood Regulation) Act, 2014, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
