[RESPONDENTS] Prayer :-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.NA.Ka.8020/2014 SA.PA. dated 29.07.2015 passed by the 1st Respondent herein the Joint Registrar Thiruvannamalai Regional Co-operative Societies Thiruvannamalai to quash the same and consequently reinstate the petitioner herein as the president of the Management Committee of the 3rd Respondent herein the Arani Agricultural Producers Co-operative Marketing Society Arani.

O R D E R

The petitioner is the President of the third respondent CoOperative Marketing Society. Regarding certain allegations of misappropriation, an order has been passed by the first respondent under section 36(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

2.As rightly pointed out by Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Society, the petitioner can very well avail the appellate remedy available under section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, as against the order impugned in this Writ Petition.

3.Under such circumstances, giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, as against the impugned order, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
