The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Learned Judicial Magistrate/Juvenile Justice Board Uthagamandalam to consider the bail application of the petitioner's son in Crime No.234 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein on the very same day of his surrender before the Board.

2. The petitioner's son by name S.George Mathews, is aged about 16 years. A case has been registered against him for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 147, 148, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.234 of 2015. The said case was registered based on the complaint given by Naresh with regard to the occurrence that had taken place on 25.11.2015. The present petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate/ Juvenile Justice Board, Uthagamandalam, to consider the petitioner's son bail application in Crime No.234/2015 on the file of the respondent herein on the very same day of his surrender before the Board. The petitioner herein has also enclosed a copy of the birth certificate dated 22.7.1999 to show that her son is aged 16 years.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner's son is prepared to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate/ Juvenile Justice Board, Uthagamandalam, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate/ Juvenile Justice Board, Uthagamandalam, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner's son along with his surrender before the said Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
