Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.3489 dated 30.3.2007 passed by the first respondent and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to pay proper salary in the scale of Pumb House Motor driver from the date of his promotion as per revised scale of pay and in selection grade at 4000-1006000 as on date and further direct the respondent to pay all the arrears of proper salary strictly adhering to the terms of the Government orders, namely G.O.Ms.No.740 dated 14.8.1986, based on 4th Pay Commission and G.O.Ms.No.567 dated 1.8.1992 based on 5th Pay Commission, and G.O.Ms.No.162 dated 13.4.1998 based on 6th Pay commission.
