ORDER
Heard Mr.T.Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of respondents, and with the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and admitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that an identical prayer was considered by this Court, in W.P.No.30630 to 30632 of 2015, and those writ petitions were disposed of, by a common order, dated 29.09.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also annexed a copy of the said order, at paga No.11 of the typed-set of papers, filed in support of this Writ Petition, for reference of this Court, and prays that, similar direction may be issued in the present case as well.

Therefore, following the said order, the present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date on which such representation is submitted. Till orders are passed, the Status-quo, prevailing as on today shall continue to be maintained. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
