The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue a new electricity service connection in the name of the petitioner by receiving requisite charges for the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3. The petitioner claims to be a tenant in respect of the subject matter property. According to him, the power supply to the premises was disconnected at the instance of the 2nd to 4th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondents, who according to the petitioner are not his landlords.
4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that he is the owner of the property. Moreover, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also submitted that the power supply was not disconnected by the 1st respondent and on the other hand, it is by way of internal dispute between the parties, there seems to be disconnection of power supply on their own.
5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, it appears that it is not the matter to be heard and decided in the writ jurisdiction as the petitioner has to agitate the matter before the appropriate Court by filing appropriate proceedings to solve the private dispute between him and the other respondents. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
