Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and further, three weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
