Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.6194/2021 in Crl.OP.No.8174/2021 dated 11.06.2021 by reporting before the respondent police at 10.30a.m. on every Tuesday and Thursday until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SAIRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 30.04.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that till date property is not recovered and the investigation is not yet completed and strongly opposed this petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that since the property is not yet recovered and the investigation is also going on, prayer sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted.
