This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7950 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Nungambakkam Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7950 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
