Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the proposals of the fifth respondent dated 26.12.2015 and 25.07.2016 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2017 with regard to the appointment of the petitioner as Noon Meal Organizer in the fifth respondent School within a time frame fixed by this Court.
