Crl.M.P.No.6892 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7965 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7965 of 2023, dated 13.04.2023, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and to report before the E-1, Mylapore Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7965 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
