2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents no.1 to 3 has no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. The petitioner would state that due to administrative reasons, delay of 231 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made in the petition, this petition shall stand allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- payable in favour of High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 17.11.2025. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
