(CR.NO.2 OF 2014) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.5 Lakhs on the undertaking given by the petitioner and further sum of Rs.6,18,950/- on or before 08.12.2021 passed on 08.06.2021 in Crl.MP.No.6092 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.359 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble High court.
