W.P.(MD) No.7725 of 2023 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No.15671/ 2022/S.2 dated 15.12.2022 by the second respondent and quash the same.

of W.M.P.(MD) Nos.7173 and 7179 of 2023, these applications to permit the petitioners to file the writ petitions jointly are allowed.
2. In view of the disposal of W.P.(MD) No.7723 of 2023 dated 06.06.2023, the present writ petitions also stand disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) Nos.7174, 7175, 7180 and 7183 of 2023 are closed.
