Crl.M.P.No.6841 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7168 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7168 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, C1 Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7168 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e, on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
