The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in filing this criminal appeal against the order passed in S.C.No.239 of 2018 dated 13.12.2023 on the file of the Assistant Sessions and Sub Court, Tirupattur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
