This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to claim the outstanding terminal benefits of Rs. 2,87,466/- due to the petitioner and to disburse the balance amount after deducting the alleged loss of Rs. 71,803/- from and out of Rs. 2,87,466/- by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2015 within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Court.
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader representing the respondents is present.

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even on an earlier occasion there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
