This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Ponneri to dispose of the case in C.C.No.38 of 2019 filed in Crime No.5 of 2019, for the offence u/s.353 I.P.C. and Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 expeditiously within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite three witnesses have been examined, the case is not being moved forward and the proceedings are dragging on unnecessarily. Accordingly, seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Ponneri to dispose of the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending in C.C.No.38 of 2019 expeditiously.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.Learned Judicial Magistrate No-I, Ponneri is now directed to dispose of the case pending in C.C.No.38 of 2019 on its file within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
