ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 448, 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1067 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant, viz., Mrs. Kotteeshwari is that her husband / A1 along with the petitioner / A3 and other accused assaulted her with knife and caused grievous injury on her leg and hand, for which, she has taken treatment as in-patient in a Hospital. Hence, the complaint.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has got three previous cases in Cr. Nos.1121, 1124 and 1127 of 2020 registered on the file of H-6 RK Nagar Police Station and the arrested accused are still in custody. He would further submit that this Court has recently dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petitions in Crl.O.P.Nos.11994 & 13011 of 2020 filed by the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the fact of the case, since there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and the fact that arrested accused are still in custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
