This petition has been filed to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5644 of 2023 on 15.03.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5644 of 2023 on 15.03.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5644 of 2023 on 15.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
