PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ to (i) quash the proceedings in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2037/A1/2018 dated 27.06.2018 issued by the Respondent No.2 and thereby direct the Respondents to reinstate me as Anganwadi staff, with back wages, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and (ii) to direct the Respondents to determine my age afresh through examination and certification by appropriate Government doctor and fix my age as per the 'Age Certificate' provided by that doctor.
