The petitioner/Appellant has filed this petition to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special Subordinate Court, Erode, in MCOP No.374 of 2016, dated 09.09.2019
2. Mr. I.C.Vasudevan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the 4th respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents have got no serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and print the name of Mr.
I.C.Vasudevan, for first respondent and Mr.J.Chandran, for 4th respondent. post the matter on 19.11.2020 for admission.
