This criminal original petition has been filed praying to quash the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2023 dated 05.01.2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in crime No.2 of 2023, the first respondent filed charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in CC.No.564 of 2026 on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
