This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28407 of 2022 dated 02.03.2023 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28407 of 2022 dated 02.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
