ORDER
This petition has been listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.
2. Heard both sides counsel. Both the petitioner / accused and the respondent / complainant are present. Mediation agreement dated 09.12.2025 perused. Since both the parties have amicably settled the issues, the present criminal revision petition is disposed of in terms of Mediation Agreement dated 09.12.2025. The Mediation Report and the Settlement arrived at the Mediation shall form part of the order.
3. In view of the settlement, the punishment imposed vide order dated 15.02.2023 passed in C.C. No.1772 of 2021 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, is set aside and the petitioner / accused is acquitted from the offences charged against him, in pursuance of the Mediation Agreement dated 09.12.2025. 10-03-2026 MJS Note:
