Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the e-communication of the fourth respondent dated 24.1.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to evaluate the financial bid of the petitioner and reevaluate the tender process of the tender notifications of the respondents in NABARD RIDF XXIII 2017-2018 Tender dated 19.01.2018 and confirm the tender as per the merit and lowest quote among the bidders including the petitioner.
